Hallelujah, I Got Money!

   

If all of a sudden, for some reason, I got $25 of “fun money” (hallelujah) I would probably go to Meridian Mall and stay there the whole day. And where would I go you ask? Well my dear reader I would go straight to the food court because…. Food (oh yeah, also I have a serious addiction with bubble tea). And since I would usually buy the medium taro sized one, that would leave me with $21 which means (yes, it is White Chicks pun indented) SHOPPING! Either that or I would get dragged to Yankee Candle with Reagan Woods because there’s a buy one get 5 free sale in there. Then after three hours of window shopping, I would then go to H&M or Victoria’s Secret ( but only for the PINK clothing line), so basically anywhere but Justice because it’s too girly. NOPE don’t say anything, it’s too girly. Then soon after, I FINALLY spend the rest of my money at Macy’s because it’s like an everyday sale in there. Well I’m just gonna sign off now, and let’s all be grateful that our mall doesn't have an embarrassing commercial.

So i was saving up from when i got  25$ a week ago,and realized that it was great day for arcade day with (it was sunny). But now i had to decide what arcade i'm going to and what  friends i could invite. After several minutes i’ve decided to go to pinball pete’s on the michigan state campus. Now we have another problem,my mum told me i can only have up to three people. But right when she said that i knew to to invite to arcade day. And my decision for people to invite would Connor,Trenton,and Makon, i chose those friends because we are all good friends and because we play xbox together. So i asked all of them if they can come and all yes and we are going to meet up at 3:00 pm. When they all got here we played crossy road and if you older people don't know what crossy road is, it is a comparison to froggy. When me and my friends ran out of money we all got picked up by our parents and departed away from each other. What would you do if you had 25$.

Welcome to the Blog! We will be using this throughout the year as a class forum. A few simple rules for posting and commenting apply...such as:

Posts

• Must have a catchy, relevant title. (This post’s title is Blogging 101)
• Must be 75+ words in length.
• Must be free of any spelling errors. (Word choice errors are not spelling errors. For example; there/their/they’re, choose/chose, loose/lose, to/too/two, etc…)
• Must end with an interesting exit strategy. (A question or challenge to the reader)

Comments

• Must be 50+ words in length.
• Must follow the same spelling guidelines as posts.
• Must address something specific the writer has said and *must add something new to the post (see below)
• Must also end with an intriguing question for the writer.

Two additional rules:

• You must be the 1st or 2nd person to comment on a writer’s post. If there are already two comments, choose another student’s post.
• Writers should (not must) respond briefly to all comments.

THE GOLDEN BLOGGING RULE: No Negative Comments. Ever. Politely disagreeing and giving an example of why you might disagree is certainly ok. Respond to posts the way you would want others to respond to your posts.

Lastly, I suggest you use Google Docs to write your posts and comments. Why? Two reasons: One, it has a word count feature under the Tools menu. And two, the spell checking feature is going to be far better than the one in Blogger (though it does not distinguish between “i” and “I”...but of course I do and you should know this anyway!). You can then copy and paste your work into the blog.

How to be Creative

I disagree with the Calvin and Hobbes cartoon, but not completely. I agree with the fact that creativity is a requires a certain mood, but I disagree with the opinion that this mood has to be last-minute panic. I of course can't speak for any other people. I know there are people out there that are helped by a last-minute panic type of mood, but I, personally, are not one of them. For me, last-minute panic only induces writer's block and large amounts of excess stress. I think the best mood for being creative is a relaxed mood. You should also not be tired or hungry. What do you think would be the best mood?

We all know Domino’s Pizza is one of the best… and here’s why!

FRIDAY, OCTOBER 16; Domino’s Pizza is a great pizza place. They have the best panned pizza (and the ONLY panned pizza) I’ve ever tasted! They also have a wide variety of pizzas and toppings, and are great for quick meals and deliveries. Honestly. Let’s take a look at Little Caesars. Average school pizzas, flat and bland tastes, and overall BORING and T E R R I B L E! Cottage Inn is okay, but it will never compare. Pizza Hut is also great, but the pizza honestly isn’t as “panned pizza mode” as Domino’s is. Plus, Domino’s Pizza has amazing cheesy bread that’s savory and chewy! This pizza place suits my taste, and if you’re like me (thick, rich pizzas) then this is the place to go! I’m Grace, signing off. --

Incredible Adventures of Blaze's Pizza

A good local pizza place is Blaze Pizza. It is good because you can customize a pizza with as many toppings as you want for $8.45. They have many kinds of different toppings. Some of the unusual toppings are salami, goat cheese, vegan cheese, artichokes, banana peppers and big chunks of mozzarella cheese. They also have unusual kinds of sauces to put as the base, dipping or on top. You can also get drinks, salad and dessert. Some drinks that look really good are the strawberry and mango frescas. The last great part about Blaze Pizza is that it’s cooked in a oven for just 3 minutes and the stone oven is 700 degrees fahrenheit! This is why I think Blaze Pizza is a good local pizza place! It's super good and truly takes you to the land of pizza!

flaws in a pizza place

I think the best place to go to eat pizza is Whole Foods. The pizza their is delicious. I don't really know what they should change, it already is so perfect.

I don't really think that they need to change anything, I agree, it is perfect  already.

Well, they only have one size, so I think that they should change the pizza's sizes. it would be great, there could be kids sizes, or bigger sizes for a party!

That sounds like a great idea, I agree. I also think that is what they should change. I think that it would be a great Idea. Then, I bet more people would come. The pizza is already really good so changing the sizes would be the best thing they should do.
