Mike McDonald (M&M) is the world's youngest poker player rank #7 in the GPI (Global Poker Index) and that is amazing because you know the word global. At the age of 18 he won the EPL (Epic Poker League) at Dortmund, Germany in February 2008 winning €933,600 ($1,370,161). In September 2011, Mike won 20,000 from a another poker event, earning over 780,000. McDonald finished in 2nd place at the 2014 Pokerstars Caribbean Adventure main event, earning just over $1,000,000 and narrowly missing out on becoming the first player to have two EPT titles. At February 2015, his total live tournament winnings exceed $11,000,000. Can you think of a way to change your hobby into your own job?
Wow that is amazing I never knew people could be that good at something or just lucky. I don't think I could do that in a million years. If you like a hobby then I think you should go for it you never know what'll happen. That would be hard to win that much!
ReplyDeleteI know! I wish I know how to play poker!
DeleteThis article was very interesting. I think he's amazing. I Can't think of a way to change my hobby into your own job. Then I’m jealous. Because he is very lucky and rich man. It would be difficult to achieve happiness on your own! Do you want to try poker?
