Visit the Suleymaniye Mosque

Suleymaniye Mosque is an imposing Ottoman imperial mosque. It is the second largest mosque in Istanbul, Turkey. The mosque is an epic symbol of the late Ottoman Empire's military might and imperial power. It was built in 1550 and finished in 1557. The dome on it is 174 feet high with 200 stained glass windows! Suleymaniye Mosque is a sort of museum to remember their military and power. It is located by a little town and surrounded by lakes. I would enjoy taking a tour of the Suleymaniye Mosque, wouldn't you?

  1. That’s so cool that this mosque is the 2nd biggest in Istanbul, Turkey. I searched up which one is the biggest mosque in Istanbul. The info I got was that this particular mosque is actually the biggest mosque in Istanbul. Last but not least yes, I would want to probably tour this mosque because of its beautiful architecture and stained glass. What would you do in this mosque?
