The members of my cabin were all devotees to discipline that’s why I didn't break that many camp rules, (other than the candy rule). The only other exception I made to the rules was when we went cross-country skiing. I “accidently” went ahead of the group and went on another path. The trail wrapped around the lake house, then went farther into the woods then leading to the road. The extended route was definitely more fun, it had bumpier terrain and was excluded by trees. Even though I had no regard for the rules, I’m glad I broke them to have more fun.
