I am doing Nepal since it is very unique for lots of reasons. Firstly because it is one of the only countries with a non-square flag, its flag is two triangles on each other. Also that flag is crimson red, with a blue border and the bottom triangle has a star in the middle the top triangle has a half sun in the moon, so it is a pretty impressive flag. The most common food is Dhido: flour pudding, dhido is commonly found in rural areas were they have the plants to make dhido. Another common food is Chiura, which is made from a patty and then doing lots of things to it. One of the most deadly things in Nepal are… diseases! The common traveler is vulnerable to typhoid which can kill you, and Hepatitis A which can be cured but is still dangerous. Would you like to go to Nepal? Even there are many deadly things there, but good food?
The food sounds really strange! Strange, but good! I think it would be REALLY cool to go to Nepal. It's so pretty and it would be really sweet to visit. Langtang trek is a pretty cool trail that goes all through the mountains and you can sometimes see Mt. Everest from where you are walking. You should check out Joshua shingles post. His is about Nepal also!
ReplyDeleteI looked up their flag online, it looks sweet. I like how the blue borders the red and that it’s not like a rectangle flag. When I saw the flag at first, I thought the top symbol was the soviet union symbol. Good thing that it’s not! Also, the word Dhido sounds like diddo to me. Don’t know why, just does. I also love pudding! But I’m not sure if I would like that specific pudding. Does the word Dhido sound like diddo to you? I suggest your read Leo’s blog. There’s some pretty weird stuff over there...
