Did you know that Afghanistan plays sports too? One of Afghanistan’s favorite sports is goat pulling. Goat pulling is when two teams compete for possession of a headless animal carcass (usually a calf). They also play basketball, tennis, soccer, golf, field hockey and cricket.
Afghanistan is one of the poorest countries in the world. Village homes are usually very small and have mattresses as beds and during the day stack them next to the wall. The homes are made of brick plastered with mud and straw and the roofs are made flat. They are made like that because things are so poor. Would you like to live like them, I highly doubt it?
