What do you spend your money on? Some people invest in a big house, a nice car, vacations, etc. Economics is pretty complicated! It plays a roles in families, states, countries, and the world. Though in the end it all comes back to how people spend their money. My family spends a lot of money for me to do gymnastics. Do they pay for gymnastics just because I like it? Wouldn’t it be easier to give me some fun money and drop me off at Zap Zone after school everyday? It would be a lot cheaper! They really do it because I'm passionate about it, it teaches me life lessons, it gives me safer equipment to practice on, income for my coaches, and maybe one day I can get a college scholarship and then they don't have to pay money for college. So, what do you spend your money on? Does it help the economy?

ReplyDeleteHi Abby! I feel the same way you do, my parents spend a lot of money for me to play on our school’s volleyball team. Although our parents spend all this money on us it’s not going to waste it’s being put to good use. It helps make things safer for us in our economy or our sports, and you know what it could come in handy one day when we actually need it when were older just like you said. Like I said before my parents spend money for me to play on the Okemos volleyball team. Do you think your experience is worth the money your parents are paying?
ReplyDeleteHola Brooke! Thank you for the comment, and the useful information :). I definitely know that the experience for our sports is worth the money!
ReplyDeleteA lot of people spent there money on food and tax mostly I think. Food doesn't help the economy but tax does.
