The Indus people were apart of an underground civilization where most of the cities disappeared before we discovered them. We discovered that the Indus valley people were peaceful and did not own any weapons. The whole Indus civilization was believed to be non-violent people apart of a very peaceful community. The Indus valley people believed in Mother goddess symbolizing fertility. A few Indus valley seals displayed swastika sign which were there in many religions, especially in Indian religions such as Hinduism, Buddhism and Jainism. The reason why they are more futuristic than our civilizations today becuase they did not fight and they didn’t participate in war.
It is lucky that they were peaceful. I had a little confusion about India's civilization, but thank you for summarizing those complicating religions!! I also thought that it is important to not fight and even not participating in the other wars. That is the key to make the earth peaceful!!
ReplyDeleteWow that IS cool! I liked how you stated their religions because I had no clue what the religions were! I appreciated that you said the facts that you did, I.E. that the cities were underground and that they were a peaceful community. Do you like any other civilizations better?
