Mekong Delta is considered the rice bowl of Vietnam. It has many floating markets and it is Vietnam’s fish region. These floating markets have pretty much everything a person needs to live. People sell blankets and crops that they grow back in their gardens. I picked the Mekong Delta because once I read about it I was very interested. I know that some people think that this sounds a little lame but can you imagine floating markets?!? It would feel awesome to just step onto a boat market and see what the citizens are selling. Do you think that the one of these many markets has sunk before?
