Singing Boys and Cobras

You know that one annoying group of people in your class that sings overplayed songs in the loudest off-key voice? *cough* Mrs. Sheufelt’s sixth hour math class *cough*. Back to my point, that’s kinda what happens at the parade honoring cobras across most part of India. Hindus celebrate it with songs, dances, and traditional food. The cobras are led inside before the festival, and are treated like royalty. Later, they are brought outside, and there are competitions for the heaviest and the longest cobra. People from all over India participate in the festival!
