My Snake Fear

I have actually had a lot experience with snakes and I don’t like them very much.  First of all, I’m named after my great-aunt Clara who died at age 36 about 50 years ago from a rattle snake bite.  She was a farmer so when she was in the wheat field the snake bite her and she thought it was just scratch.  By the time she got to the hospital the venom had already spread.  Another time that made my dislike for snakes more intense was when my family was visiting Cornell College and my siblings and I went a walk on a river.  We saw a huge snake and my brother almost got bit!  Thankfully we now have anti-snake venom so if I got bit I wouldn’t die!  Doctors have been using this cure for many years and it has saving thousands of lives.Indian Snake.jpg
