Would you like some venom?

Venom to cure venom is a little bit weird.  On the other hand, in India it's as normal as eating to cure people from venom. Anyway,  30 years ago when none of us were alive, the people of India would go out to capture and kill snakes to sell them or use the skin themselves. As a result of people doing this,  the Indian government banned killing  and capturing snakes in the 1970s.  In the process of curing, the subject animal will undergo an immune response to the venom, producing antibodies against the venom's active molecule which can then be harvested from the animal's blood. Would you want to go on a field trip to venom antidote place?
