The gharial

The gharial, also known as the Gavialis gangeticus, are endangered in Southern Asia. They are native to the Indian subcontinent and are endangered because of habit loss. They are the longest of all crocodile species and can easily catch fish with there jaws. These crocodiles also mate in the cold season, laying their eggs in the sand banks. Afterwards, the female lays 20-95 eggs. That's a lot of eggs!
