Divaalee , in English, Diwali is the Hindu festival of light. Many variations of it are celebrated all around the world. It originated from India representing the gift of light. Interesting, right? It is a 5 day event leading up to the most wide spread holiday in India and one of the largest in the world. It is so large even Donald Trump celebrated it in the white house last year. Usually it is celebrated, and leads up to many fireworks and candles and any other lights. The festivities may be bland, but they are still interesting.
