Look at this triangular food!

Doesn't this look similar to fried dumplings?

Actually, this is an Indian entree food called Samosa.

It's an popular Indian street food.

Oh, they also sell these in Indian cuisine restaurants.

Samosas are usually filled with savoury filling,

which includes vegetables and meat.

One thing you can find interesting is that these Samosas are made in a triangular shapes.

However sometimes, there are Samosas made in oval shapes just like gyozas!

For people who think the Samosa it to plain,

there is a special sauce called sweet chilli sauce.

The sauce isn't so spicy and it has a slightly sweet taste.

(It's actually very good  with Samosa)

Next time you go to an Indian restaurant, I recommend you to try the Samosa.

And don't forget to ask for the sweet chilli sauce!
