THIS LOOKS SOOOOOOOO GOOD!!!

Doesn't this look yummy!
This is Rasgulla an Indian dessert, it's mostly from Odisha and West Bengal. It is a delicious looking Round dumpling made of Indian cottage cheese (Chhena) and semolina dough. It's cooked in a light syrup of sugar, yum! this dessert is derived from the words Ras (juice) and gulla (ball). West Bengal and Odisha make there Rasgulla pretty different there Color, taste, texture, and the way of making it. Rasgulla has many different names these are the ones I found Rosogolla, rasagolla, rossogolla, roshogolla, rasagola, rasbhari and rasbari. Do you want to try this Indian dessert?
