Nepal

In Nepal they eat a lot of veggies and really cooked proteins. All there food look really well made with all three.ingredient. a Dal is a soup made of lentils and spices, served over boiled grain, bhat usually rice but sometimes another vegetable curry, tarkari. Condiments are usually small amounts of extremely spicy pickle which can be fresh or fermented. One of the meals are called Mono, which is a really pretty wrap dumplings. Momo are Nepal’s version of dumplings, and usually contain steamed vegetables or meat; this is what the momo looks likes.

  1. I think Nepals food is very interesting and i would love to try it sometime. I don't like spicy foods much myself, but i know a lot of people do enjoy them! You might want to check out Chloe's, she also talks about a different kind of dumplings thats really cool. Anyways I think your article is really great! Another cool fact about Nepal is that Mount Everest is in Nepal, now thats pretty awesome!

  2. I also wrote about Nepalese food, but I talked about other foods like Thukpa, but I also mentioned Momo. You should check it out. I really like spice and I put a ton of black pepper on my pasta so I mike like some of these nepalese foods. I'm a picky eater so I might not though. When I did a little research for my blog I was surprised how many foods were seasoned with spice.
