Bhutan is a very unique country, like their food. Lots of their unique cuisines involve chilies and rice, and much more different ingredients. For example, Ema datshi. This dish is just peppers and cheese. Much more unique than U.S. cuisine, definitely, we literally just eat burgers and pizza. I would love to go to Bhutan, and eat Ema datshi because this would make me more resistant to hot peppers, and give me a better understanding of what they eat. I also just realized that lots of their dishes contain Bhutanese cheese, like Ema datshi, Kewa datshi, Shamu datshi, Shakam ema datshi, and lots more. What foods would you eat if you went to Bhutan!
