There are significant fragments of actual Greek music as well as many written references to what ancient greek music sounded like, and the importance of music. The greeks used instruments similar to pianos, guitars, clarinets, trumpets, oboe, and the flute they also sung. Did you know the word music comes from the Muses, the daughters of Zeus and patron?
