The ancient Greeks were very interesting. The Greeks would go to the theatre if they weren’t in the military. The men would sometimes have women rolls. They made tragic and funny plays. The children would play games or mess around with their toys. The ancient Greeks farmed for a living. They would make bread and harvest corn, cheese, olives, and grapes. They would use the grapes to make wine and the olives to make olive oil. What games would you play if you were Greek?
Hmmmmm? That’s a hard choice. I think if I were an Ancient Greek, I would most want to be in a play or two. It sounds like their plays were well written, and very commonly admired by others. I’d also want to harvest foods like corn and grapes and such, and possibly learn how to make bread. It sounds like that would be fun and a little bit complicated.
