The choices of life

Choice, hmm.  Well once my mom made a purchase at target but didn't like it so she tried to return it.  Their commercial/policy stated they accept returns and will give a refund.  When she went to return it they refused to because of some dumb reason that they didn't announce.  It’s like changing the rules of a game without telling everyone.  So instead of going to target my family goes to other stores because of that one time they "chumped" us.  Evan I don’t like target anymore!  Did a store chump you?  You might not even realize they did that if you don't check your receipt!
