The Nile

              The Nile

The Nile has always helped the Egyptians in many ways. Every year at the right time the Nile flooded and left behind nutrient rich silt. This made planting so easy they could literally spread seeds on the ground and let the cattle walk on it. Living by the Nile also made it easy to transport all kinds of things (through using the water of the Nile). People there used the river for a lot. Most of you reading this article would think that this would take a lot of work,  but no it didn't. The Nile was a river that didn't take too much work so this left time to build many other things (like the pyramids).

  1. Sounds like without the Nile, Egypt wouldn't have a successful civilization. Imagine if America had the Nile. We would probably be a very successful civilization as well. We would trade the riches for money and other stuff. We would be the richest country ever! What do you think would happen if the Nile was in America?
