Should I visit them again?
I had an experiment at the restaurant Cancun where I was not pleased at all with the waiter service. My mom, her friend and I went to Cancun on a Friday night during the summer. It took a while for us to be seated, but when we were we looked over the menu and were ready right away, the waiter however was not ready to take our order and it took about 10 minutes for him to finally come and ask what we wanted. We sat outside and I don't know if he forgot about us or what, but he should not have. I ordered the nachos with no beef, but when he brings the food there is beef and no beans. My mom’s friend ordered a burrito with no sour cream, but there was sour cream on it. My mom was the only one with the food she ordered. When we were done, the bill was the wrong price. We complained to the manager and he apologized. Although we were disappointed, the food was still really good so we will probably visit there again, just not get the same waiter. Would you visit them again?
I would probably visit them again, just ask not to have that waiter. If the same thing happens, you should not visit them again. I hate it when food takes a really long time to come to your table. I feel like the waiters should try to get food to you ASAP. I hope that if you go again, that they get it right. I don't like it when restaurants mess things up, it's not fun. So, what are you going to do if the same thing happens next time you go?
ReplyDeleteWhen my family and I went to Cancun to eat, we had horrible service and food. After that experience, my parents had gone to eat at Cancun again. The exact same thing happened to them again!!! When I was at my friend’s house, everyone there kept raving about how “amazing” and “fantastic” Cancun was. One person even said “They have the best customer service!” Now, I am in a dilemma about whether or not we should give Cancun a THIRD chance. How many chances would you give a restaurant?
ReplyDeleteI don't like giving restaurants that many choices, but I am surprised by your experiences at Cancun. I have always had delicious food AND excellent service. Hmmm....I'd give them one more shot.
